Breast Augmentation after pregnancy

Patient presented with desire of a natural looking augmentation fitting her frame and weight following pregnancies. She has a long torso with more lower pole breast tissue.  Patient expressed feeling very happy with the results where she has a normal upper pole fullness that she had lost and a natural projection of her breasts.
