Explant 'Enblock' Total Capsulectomy Breast Implant Removal Video

This is a patient in her 40's who had cosmetic breast augmentation with silicone implants 9 years ago. She developed pain and discomfort to both breasts that was progressively getting worse. She expressed a desire to have her implants as well as the capsules removed in an enblock procedure. She had been to several surgeons who were not as experienced in this type of procedure and felt that was an important component of her care.
